How Chip Lookout is funded
Transparency first: some links on this site are affiliate links. Here is what that means in practice.
Chip Lookout is an independent, affiliate-funded comparison site. When you click a “Visit site” button and later register with an operator, we may receive a commission from that operator or its partner network. You do not pay more because of that link.
What stays independent
Percentage match scores, scorecard criteria and editorial copy are produced by the Chip Lookout desk. Commercial terms can influence which operators we are able to feature with tracked links, but they do not dictate the order of our judgements or the wording of a critique.
How we label ads
Showcase rows and CTAs carry “Ad · 18+ · T&Cs apply” notes. A short affiliate notice also sits near the homepage showcase. Tracking parameters on outbound URLs (such as btag, affid, clickid or subid) are placeholders for affiliate reporting; destinations remain the operator’s own domain.
